a friend of mine just recently found out he has hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, he can't do anything anymore. So he chooses to "ignore" the fact he has this condition. He still does things that elevate his heart rate. But, he knows, he can collapse at any given time. Its not related to anything else. People here in the comments blame the referee. That is so stupid its funny, the yellow card has nothing, nothing to do with it.
