1) It's completely voluntary

2) paid for privately

3) full freedom of speech

4) Free market

5) abides by the Constitution

I agree that BM is very Libertarian, in that it is very much a live and let live atmosphere. Anything is allowed as long as it does not hurt someone else. BUT: it is not "free market" because there is NO selling, no commerce, no booths with stuff for sale. It is not a barter economy, but a "gift" economy, where the idea is that you never expect anything in return... so the notion of economy is not relevant. Also, BM is not in line with "Conservative" or Republican values... on many levels.
