  • omg thank u for the tip on the band that saved me so much money is helpin not just me but my family thanks so much.

  • Oh and I've had a med resistance band in my office/creative space for ever.. and I just used it the other day for some lats and I was so excited cause it has the door stopper on it... yay!!

  • I suppose the palm up is working different muscles than palms towards sides and then pulling? or does it matter.. I think I'm more comfortable with the palms towards my sides then up.

  • my goal is to exercise 5 days a week

  • good example of how to do at home :) great job Alycia, thanks!

  • The chewing gum distracted me a little bit, but great exercises, I will try them next time, I do my routine. Thanks Alycia

  • I'm going to achive 5-6% body fat, but i'm not sure if its possible in 12 months especially because on how strict you have to be nutrition wise.

Hit the gym if i can afford it for some strenght training.

Start practicing Wing Chun Kung Fu martial art.

  • @GamesPlayer1 Awesome. Wing Chun sounds great, but I mostly like it cuz the great Robert Downey Jr practices it.

  • @JakesHomeWorkouts thanks, what are your goals in general? (I don't believe in new year resolutions).

Wing Chun for me will be just the first of many martial arts that i will practice, good fundumentals for good self defense and then i'll push to master it. TKD looks interesting from the legs point of view.

  • @GamesPlayer1 I believe in whatever works for a particular person, and so far, very specific resolutions haven't worked much for me. My goals are to get a bit leaner, stronger, and increase my endurance.

I'm going to start taking Kenpo Karate lessons, too. I've done a little bit of martial arts but it's time to really learn it. To me it's a more useful form of cardio as opposed to always running.

  • @JakesHomeWorkouts yeah i know what you mean, I run up to 10 miles now, fast pace. Its good, but I wish i was doing something more, learning, as much as i enjoy it, Its getting repetitive, like a routine, like a job and i don't want my life time fitness journey to be something stale. I will lose interest and won't be growing as a person too.
