@zmeace2000 Why does it have less errors? because you can only use programs that are from apple with few exceptions, also you have to use all apple hardware. The consistency from mac to mac is 100% while windows users can use whatever they want in terms of products. Its not hard to not have errors when every machine is the same. you are paying 5x more for an apple computer to not get errors and to assimilate you into the apple zombie parade. Ill stay with my 1 error a year.

@Auir22 apple hardware you say? Hmm... a hackintosh works on a machine that can run windows 7... and yes, there is LOTS of errors in macs too. My macintosh DVD recorder works also on PC without any hardware changes. So does the GPU. So mac doesn't have that many stuff that are unique... because macs run windows 7 too...

@milodaman2 because mac doesn't have as many error sounds for so many different things. There is pretty much one sound which is used as the equivalent of "warning, error, and critical error" sounds on windows.

There aren't logon, logoff, switch user, shutdown, click, device connected, device removed or device error, sound effects to name a few.

Instead, one sound (which can be changed) plays for most errors or warnings. No annoying noise on devices, logons etc. Apart from the startup noise lol
