Mrs. Obama speaks from the heart. Well-done. I recall, that just after this speech, she met with well-wishers. What impressed me was noticing how she dealt with an older gentleman, who wanted to talk about some conspiracy theory. She stood there, looked him in the eye the entire time - and listened... and listened... Again, very impressed.
