Not to compare Ofra to anybody else - that would be impossible - but the Swedish singer Marie Fredriksson has a ballad called Mot okenda hav - that resembles the ambiance of this song a lot..

She makes me cry, when i listen to her singing my mother language, italian. This woman was just an angel- she makes me cry and smile at same time, I feel endless sad about her death, but at same time i feel so joyful, this's the magic of her voice. I am so glad, that this world has had the big honour to know Ofra Haza.
