She's just awsome, not a big softy, wich you need 2 be if u have your own company. I love her in The Hills and even more in The City, she keeps the bullshit 2 a minimum, just like Erin Kaplan does at ELLE, or at least try's 2. But Olivia is such a pain, Kelly wouldn't work with her, I'll bet on it, just like Stephanie isn't she good enough 4 the job, you need 2 know more then just having a good fashion sense, u need 2 know the business 2. Olivia is demoted at E & Steph doesn't work at PR anymore
