Water drained of its electrons create ions held stable in the water, these ions have superconducting properties, negatively charged water ( water hit with a 3 minute charge and the negative left on so the electrons can continue to drain) You will have much more success and create a better % of over unity energy.
Dude, did you test the amount of power you got out and compare it to the power you put in? I keep meaning to build another one of these (Turns out Hydrogen, not good with naked flames. My garden shed hasn't been the same since.) My last attempt sucked though, took a full 240 volt current to get the reaction started and then it wouldn't maintain itself constantly.

you have to pre-heat the water to boiling point before plasma starts!
