"Stabbing The Drama" is the best album in my opinion. man i really dont like the guitarist they brought in, in place of Peter...his sound just sounds like crap to me. but its ok Peters back and the next album is gonna be the best.
Wait, you're saying that only songs that are unpleasant to listen to are not mainstream? So to me I guess all of Soilwork is mainstream? Because to me, it's all pleasant. It gets my blood flowing. That's what you call REAL music.
Newer Soilwork has resigned from growling, centered the songs around vocals and simplified the song structures. It may be enjoyable, but it's simply lower quality than before. And easier to listen to.
I just bought the record at rasputin's today. I can't wait to listen to some of the tunes!! Really the only track that I had heard off of this record was exile... but now that I have heard this I am SO stoked to hear the rest!!
I am a huge fan of sweedish metal, so I tend to alternate between In Flames and soilworks' new releases. I have to say once I heard this cd and even more in particular, this song, it was an easy choice.
Hell Yeah I just started figuring out the solo i just need to figure out the end which is easy but I was interrupted and didn't have the time. Soilwork is no doubt a musician's band!! They kick ass and don't seem to sell out in their music. What more could you want from a band??
nope. Red Harvest is dark-industrial, heavily atmospheric metal, Battered is pure, straightforward thrash, and Old Man's Child is melodic black. Great Norwegian bands, though.
I love them!

@hansimetal It kinda sucks that i can only like that once.
Hell yea, Finnish Folk metal has some pretty cool shit too, European metal all together is better than American.
My own opinion that doesn't give you the right to bitch and whine about what i said.
Peace.
