Heathen Chemistry was probably my least favourite Oasis album, but it did have some powerhouse such as this one, Little By Little and Stop Crying your Heart Out. Starting from SOTSOG through this Album, Noel was finding the sound he perfected on DBTT, most obviously on The Importance of Being Idle.

@owenslfc PMSL! Be serious. Getting a bit carried away there. He's great by well too dimesional in comparison to Jagger/Richards, or the greatest song writing team there will ever be Lennon/Macartney. Nearly all Noels songs sound like they were thumped out on 3 or 4 chords to begin with on the guitar. While he better than nearly everyone else he isn't better than any of those as he doesn't have the diversity and a lot was nicked here and there with it being noticeable.

Yeah, repeating the chorus is fine. But, take "Live Forever". They repeat that same first verse throughout the whole song.

Not saying the songs aren't good, I just wish they put some more effort into the lyrics, although Don't Believe the Truth's lyrics were pretty good.
