  • Hahaha! SO satisfying seeing this loud mouthed piece of demoncrat shit go down in flames! All demoncrats are the same: reprobate degenerates deserving a kick in the balls! The only ones who should be allowed by law to vote are white males over 35 years of age who make over $200K/year, period! America would be in such a better place and all would be happy and satisfied except the dumb bastards like this little weiner. And if you don't agree with me then you're a worthless piece of shit too!

  • @aristotled1 There was a time when only white, affluent males were allowed to vote. It coincided with allowing slavery. Maybe you can build a time machine and go back there. If you do, please don't come back. The world would be better off if it wasn't populated with backward imbeciles like yourself.

  • This man rocks! He may of made a mistake but he is 100 percent right

  • This Weiner ... He looks like a Ostrich ... his wife runs around the country with Hillary , " a pool cleaner " guess who married these two ...?

Bill Clinton... Not a good sign.

Huma is leaving , this ostrich home alone... Weiner tweeting sex photos. There's more going on here... wait and see.

Leave Huma , now... your a dummy if U don't ... Stay with Hillary, she'll be more faithful...

  • @mudsharkhater FUCK YOU

  • @LiberalJerseyman Haha jewish cunt! And I said all of this before just days before this kike congressman got called out for his little dick displaying scandal. Fuck YOU Liberaljewishjerseykikeman, you little pervert jewish punk!

  • @mudsharkhater Burn in hell Nazi fuck.

  • No problem, I didn't mean to seem like an ass hole or dis on your candidate if he is Ron Paul, but I'm simply not sold on him and believe if he really was something different, he wouldn't run as a Repub. My #1 choice would be Jesse Ventura, but he's not going to run with the way our current political system is. Thanks for the debate and thanks for being professional.

  • The same could be said about Obama when he ran and look where he is now with a lot of people when it comes to the econamy. I'm not taking anything away from Paul, but we've seen this happen too many times. You say what you're for and what you're against and then go into office and do the total opposite. Winer will probably do the same when he goes in, but ateast he will stick to his own guns and not bend over to the other side like Obama.

  • The economy is much worse now than in 92. And even if some moderate republicans don't like ron paul the libertarian they would prefer him over a democrat or democrat independent. Maybe we disagree on this point but i just can't see any republicans, moderate or hardcore, saying they'll take Obama or any liberal over Paul. Paul could take democrat votes though since he would bring home troops around the world on his first week in office unlike most candidates.

  • @rhcprh Yeah, the economy is a lot more worse now than it was in '92, but Bush never did anything to make things better unlike Obama who is atleast trying to fix things that the previous administration destroyed. And if you paid attention to the 2008 election, Obama ran very well to the left of things and yet a lot of Repubs voted for him especially in red states that he won. Right now Obama is to the right of things atleast when it comes to defense which could cause him to win some votes

  • @RoonGang09 Well we will disagree on Obama's effectiveness on the economy. As for red states voting for him that was when color was the real issue. McCain was an old white guy like Bush and Obama was a young black guy who looked fresh and rallied young people to vote. The young people in red states won't likely vote nearly as much again. Expect less votes meaning a close race. Romney won't likely inspire dems to vote for him but another nomination could (not Palin but she won't get nominated.)

  • @rhcprh Well I believe next year's election is more important than the 2008 election and will have a bigger turn out especially if there's a strong 3rd party candidate. This election will determine the next couple of decades and we can only hope the right person wins. And if it is a close race with a Republican, I still think Obama will win and hopefully it will be a wake up call for him to do what's truly right for the American people.

  • @RoonGang09 I agree about the next election. I don't like the patriot act or the war on terror and when obama was elected i said well at least i have something to lookforward to when he does away with those but he hasn't delivered. So if he does win i hope he goes back to those principles he had that i liked. Thanks for being a calm person taking a liberal point of view. Lots of people get angry on this site about politics

  • @rhcprh from Republican voters and in Weiners case, he can win votes from Repubs who are in the middle class and are desperate for progress in the economy with finding jobs and keeping a roof over their heads. I dont think Ron Paul is ready or has the experience to take on these challenges and common sense people will begin to see this and not vote by party.

  • @RoonGang09 Actually Ron Paul has vast economic experience. He talks about ending the fed which would keep inflation under control and would make huge cuts to military spending. Middle class could see Weiner as a fresh face but then again Paul's ideas are very anti establishment and that anti establishment image can get him middle class votes. Who knows

  • And I meant to say moderate Repubs would get back at Ron Paul for beating their candidate in the Republican Nomination, not the mid term

  • The People Need The Same, Health Care. As The People Thay Elect.......

  • He should run against Obama as a independent in '12.

  • @RoonGang09 I agree with you, Obama has had his chance to do some good and he bent over for the republicans. we need someone like Weiner ( and there are a couple others I can think of ) to take the job of president and put some man size nads in the white house.

  • @RoonGang09 Yes i would like that so the democrats would split the vote between obama and weiner and let the republican candidate win

  • @rhcprh This ins't 1968 and we're not in the middle of Vietnam. The Repubs have more of a fear of having a split party than the Democrats and if there was a strong independent candidate in '12, it would be him or Obama because most Americans know the Repubs are no better.

  • @RoonGang09 Ron Paul, Gary Johnson, Jon Huntsman would all be much better than Obama or Weiner. Even if they weren't no republicans are voting democrat or independent. If some democrats or independents vote for a third party candidate Obama would lose votes. Romney isn't losing any votes because of a 3rd candidate

  • @rhcprh I think Ron Paul is a joke and also think Repubs have no chance on earth in next year's election, and if anyone is going to beat Obama, he/she will come from a 3rd party. Even if the Repubs win next year, it wont hurt me, I'd just sit back and see how much more damage they can do just to see them fall flat on their faces once more and see how much more stupid people in this country can get by continuing to give these people second chances. But this isn't strictly about the Repubs though,

  • @rhcprh its about politicians regardless of their party affiliation, who are out of touch with the American people and their needs, and in bed with corperate America.

  • @RoonGang09 A lot of people vote for whatever party they are in no matter what the politician. This is true for both parties. Independents would vote either way. But if the repub candidate gets all repub votes and obama and weiner split democrat votes then that is good for repubs. You give a lot of people too much credit for knowing anything about politics. Plenty of people will vote for someone who will screw them over

  • @rhcprh If you closely paid attention to what I originally put down, it was Weiner running as an independent, not another Democrat meaning he would win the independent vote along with a lot of Democratic votes and some Republican. If Ron Paul runs, he would be another Repub, but on the Tea Pary side of things running against a moderate Repub which splits the Republican party and throws them out of the picture leaving Obama against Weiner. But this is only if Weiner does leave the Democrats.

  • @RoonGang09 Yes but i'm talking about a general election. Ron Paul won't be in the general election as anything but a republican. There won't be another conservative or libertarian candidate. If there is an independent in the general election it would be a liberal like Weiner and no conservative or libertarian would vote for him or Obama. I'm talking about a situation like when Ross Perot took George HW votes. In this case Perot is Weiner and Bush is Obama

  • @rhcprh Well, this election will not be similar to the '92 election because Obama will not be in as big of a mess Bush was in at the time with the economy. And there would be a good share of moderate Repubs who would vote for Obama or Weiner just to get back at Ron Paul for beating their guy in the mid term election.

  • LOL, when Weiner is talking, the Republicans are like aww fuck, this guy is gonna steam roll us.

  • Weiner for President!!!!

    or House majority leader.. haha

  • Weiner ROCKS! :)

  • glad my right speaker works

  • I wish he'd run for Pres in 2016 but he wouldn't get the Independence vote, cause he's too "far left" cause apparently making sense is a left wing thing.

  • Stop speaking the Truth, You are a Politician. :)

  • Finally a Democrat with BALLS! I get sick and tired watching the Dems put their tails between their boney asses and run everytime a fucken Repub threatens them or refuses to work with them. I want the Dems to stand the fuck up and slap those fucken Repubs on their noses with a newspaper like any disobedient mutt everytime they get out of line...Grow some BALLS Dems and start whopping some asses for the American people...

  • @Karma2Die4 You sure got your first statement confirmed :P

  • Anthony Weiner.... You are a true hero, you are the type of person this nation needs, the type of person this nation was founded on, God Bless You, Im voting for you for president

  • Sadly we never got our public option. Lobbyists and insurance companies won. I don't think the bill is worth anything without the public option. Oh well, maybe there is hope in the future. Ehhh....(Probably not.)

  • Yes sir Mr. Winner!

  • Excellent speech!

  • Fair competition against a taxpayer funded healthcare system? How is this fair?

Go back to New York and tax the crap out of your own residents to pay for your own healthcare. Then we'll see how your healthcare plan works.

The Federal government has bankrupted every social program ever given to it: Social Security, Medicare, Fannie May, and Freddie Mac, Ect.

Everywhere in the world, Socialized medicine ALWAYS leads to deficits. Just look at Europe.

  • @deadbutmoving uhh... didn't you listen to the part about how much it costs our country to not have a public option? My uncle owns a business and he was advised by a health insurance official to fire older employees and hire young ones due to healthcare costs. If that's not "interfering with business" then I don't know what is. Don't be afraid of the S word (its been around for a while in our country)

    PLEASE GOOGLE : Mixed economy.

  • @deadbutmoving Question: Why should the government have to worry about a deficit?

Why should they be required to pay debts?

Who are these debts payed to?

  • I've got a question mr. Wiener, why do you hate the american people? Big government is not the answer. You guys couldn't even run Medicare. You need to sit down. Just you and not anybody else.

  • @forresta65 I have a question to you, why do hate logic? His analysis of how private business is *suppose* to run is diamond hard solid. I trying to fix this issue at hand, private companies of matters of life is inappropriate for American citizens and if you TRULY loved American Citizens (both those who can and CANNOT AFFORD PRIVATE INSURANCE, like I'm assuming you can) you'd do the right thing for the benefit of all.

  • Love you State Representative Anthony Weiner! Facts not Fiction or scare tactics...

  • this loser is toast come Nov 2010 elections. Liberal muslim loving boob.

  • @samspade1957 musiim-loving boob? do you hate muslims? if so, why? jesus christ told me in his teachings to love god and love our neighbors.

  • @samspade1957 I hope you contract AIDS

  • Weiner is basically a pedophile.

  • Weiner doesn't care about jobs.... He talks about smart, yet he thinks we aren't smart when we can't decide for ourselves... with something like...... Ummm??? GOLD!!!! If you like this guy, you believe then, government is the answer, and Socio Economics is the way... (Government regulation) Thing is, Democrats believe theres never enough regulation??? How about oversight??? Now theres a thought!!!! Oh Weiner... Medicaid and SSI are broke! Well??? How did it get there????

  • haha these are such bogus facts...HEY WEINER, READ MISES

  • Weiner IS A PLANT BY AIPAC.... Weiner SUPPORTS Jewish Terrorists Killing Americans ...

Weiners URGUN TERROR GROUP Bretheren where he holds TRUE LOYALTY like RAHM EMANEL THE SON OF A JEWISH TERRORIST ---- attacked and murdered a 19 year old American Citizen and Humanitarian......

WEINER SIDED WITH THE TERRORISTS AND DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE AMERICAN CITIZEN MURDERED...

WEINER IS NOT AN AMERICAN .... He is a jewish terrorist operative using US Politics to further the illegal TERROR OCCUPATION

  • this Weiner has restored my faith in politics...Im considering supporting the democratic party and vote for the first time in 30 years

  • That was awesome.

  • Weiner is a Dick.

  • @neonmoondancer and not in a good way.

  • What a wonderful hook-nosed socialist jew, lets make him president and watch the country fall.

  • @PupuTheClown

    You're a stupid douche.

  • I'm from Ohio. And I envy those who could have voted for him.

  • Now you Democrats realize they lied. You will NOT pay less for insurance. You will pay more! And if you choose not to pay anything you will go to jail!

  • @wetweasel56 nice, can you tell me more about this health care bill from fox news sources?

  • @wetweasel56

    You're a retard

  • @ZidaneSteiner , look it up. It's not only FOX news that has said it. We are going to have to wait longer also for treatment.

Obama did nothing to lower costs and he put all the burden on the middle and upper class to pay for it.

  • @wetweasel56

    sure man, whatever...

  • Social Security is a joke. Hurray for giving drug addicts tons of money a month for being drug addicts. Luckily you only pay them CASH so they can't spend it on drugs, oh wait. The good of the private option is that you're not FORCED into having it, so if you're a completely healthy individual you are not paying for other lazy, fat, old, unhealthy individuals. Awesome. Love spending 70% of my wages paying for other peoples retardation. We need a revolution.

  • The failure of Government is all around us.

Want Health care? Bring home our troops DemoRepublican war mongers

End the Fed and the inside 911 wars will end with them

Be a responsible American not accountable for Bigger Government war Mongers.

    Benjamin Franklin (1706 - 1790)

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

Wake up America - you got the Weenier

  • look at this shemale... Is this Pee Wee Herman's baby brother..? weiner, what a perfect name for a perfect prick....

  • @bigwhitebear1 Yeah, he should just sell-out to the insurance companies like the others right? Trying to make something that fucking works, what a prick.

  • Take it from someone who remembers, this man is the Bobby Kennedy of our time. What a treasure.

  • you fricken pwned them again! Weiner for prez!

  • GREAT SPEECH!

  • I never thought I would say this, but I love Wiener.....

  • We should fix Medicare but but we need to shove more legislative crap down the people's throats? Congressman Weiner don't you listen to what you are saying? How come its always someone else's fault? Take responsibility and don't listen to idiots like Pelosi and Reid. You seem to have some snap but you are duped by your party. Oh yeah Medicare, Welfare, and Social Security is screwed up. Why would you add another crappy program like this to your and mine's country???

  • Haa! Wiener Killed it.

  • Medicare is Broke, and SS is BROKE TOO. Bur u RETARDS dont care, and now you want ANOTHER Govt Program which is equal to 1/6 of he GNP. OBVIOUSLY you want to BANKRUPT the ENTIRE COUNTRY with thes SOCIALIST PROGRAMS. NEXT you want to make EVERY one of the 22 ILLEGAL aliens citiznes, so they can vote for you CRIMINALS. You dems should all get cancer and DIE. U are all FILTHY TRAITORS.

  • Holy shit! this situation could not be put better. I don't know how opponents of this effort manage to cloud these simple, important truths.

  • Chhhhh ! [ tugz on leash ].... sit unsocial Repugliklan!..

RePUGliklans when not in a dominant state of their own chaos, they flight, remember future pack leaders, no talk, no eyes, just do.

I am the pink whisperer and i approved this message...

  • I like this guy! He seems like he knows how to fight for what he believesand he seems to know the right thing to do. He seems honest. Whenever I listen to him, I can understand him. He makes sense and talks straightforward.

  • Republockans are paid puppets of the insurance companies and anyone who is informed knows it. The problem is most people are not informed and they just don't care about what goes on in the senate. 90 percent of the people in america are so stupid they don,t even know the name of their own states senators.

  • Congressman Weiner is definitely my favorite, wish more (Republicans & Democrats alike) have what it takes to tell the truth

  • For now on, they shall go by their proper name, Repu"Block"ans.

  • I bet those republicans are like "blah blah blah i am not listening i am not listening blah blah"

  • I love Anthony Weiner!!!! Wish there was more congressmen and senators like him!!!!

  • To babel1967 and other. We don't need more congressmen like him. We need more PEOPLE. We need to band together and CREATE reform in this pitiful government. YouTube is nice. A job would be better.

  • More congressman like him please!!

  • Holy Shit!....Every time this guy speaks, he lays Republicans to waste, like so much road kill.

  • weiner is right!!! REPUBLICANS DONT DO ANYTHING. i'm so sick of these people. they are awful.

  • weiner when u go on oreily dont let him railroad u, give him the facts use dems need to speak what u feel, get ur message over loud and clear, the repubs make up a lot of what they say dont let awy with it anymore , now go get them.

  • This guy is the man.

  • WEINER BLAST!!!

  • HA WEINER

  • Weiner is so right!.. wish these repub's scumbags would shut the fuck up!! yall had 8 yrs fuckers..live with it!! if u dont like it get the fuck out!! i didnt hear any one crying like some bitches when bush was spending his ass off for 8 fucking yrs..

  • sharpe, weiner is no friend of the poor, its his welfare programs that keep the poor, well poor, its simple economics

  • lying bastard

  • prove it.

  • It won't be competitive, Weiner. I would be forced to pay into the public option wheater I use it or NOT! This is not a public option. Weiner, you lie. Now if I was allowed to not pay into it because I didn't want to, then it would be a public option. But that is not the case.

  • You pay for private health care weather you like it or not, you think you can go to a private insurance with cancer and ask for a subscription ? no you can't because they know that they can't make any money off of you, on the other hand, if it's public, all you need, is to be born in USA, why do you think only people with money deserve to live ? why do you hate Americans that much ?

  • "Why do you hate Americans that much?"

theliberalparis, for that comment alone, I will not explain my reasons to you. You might as well have called me a poopy head.

  • HA !

    mister poopy pants !

  • i need to write better? nope, its obvious you simply cant comprehend you dirty liberal, thats right even a smart man like kucinich know whats up...government aint the answer...its scumbags like you who depend on government handouts that keep this welfare state so large like it is.....go read a book from ron paul and learn something you useful idiot

  • Fantastic!! I'm going to move to New York so I can vote for Cong. Weiner.

  • this guys is a know nothing, baucus is a know nothing.. how bout we listen to ron paul if we really want to fix this mess....hes been preaching the message for 30 years.... these people need to learn some economics....ron paul is the true friend of the poor, the rich, the american...

  • gsr,

Heres a little tip - if someone is a friend of the poor, they arent a friend of the rich and vice-versa. I agree with some of what paul has said but i also disagree with him at time as well. Weiner is dead on in his statement. What did he say that was wrong? Name one thing with proof to back it up.

  • Hey Sharpe3884! Read what Rep. Dennis Kucinich wrote about H.R. 3962. You will be shocked. Oh, and he supports single payer, too.

  • Can I tell you what he said that was wrong? Yes! Okay, lets get started. Just know that I can't stand the modern day neocons.

    1) the republicans did control the 3 branches, but they did not have filibuster in the senate. So the Dems were able to filibuster bills when they saw fit.

    2) Also, medicare is a single payer program that is $30,000,000,000+ in debt. How can that be a success?

Oh, and read why Dennis Kucinich voted against HR 3962. After you see why, Weiner won't seem so great.

  • go learn how to wright before you go insulting people, you'll look a little more credible at least, retard.

  • Please, CONGRESSMAN...

DO NOT allow this bogus "Baucus" Bill to pass through the HOUSE...

The Baucus Bill is embarrassing...and does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to curb costs...let alone, the fact that this bill leaves MILLIONS still UNINSURED...

    Stay the course, Congressman...

...We are proud to have you on the side of the Poor

    May God Bless you.

  • This guy is so good.

It's great to see him rip apart the Republicans, the FOX News crowd and everyone else who comes up with all the same old lies to try and deny people basic health care.

Weiner should be leading the charge for health care reform instead of Obama

  • tHIS GUY IS A FUCKIN TARD!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I agree with everything he says! Except for the bailout, but I can understand why he was for it, from a political perspective. His district is right next to the financial district and there would have been a lot of people without jobs.

  • Go to this site GRO.ZTARCOMED and click on the links to take you to some single payer health care petitions and also to make some phone calls.

I wrote the site name backwards.

  • Mr. Weiner, you've stolen my heart with your no nonsense approach!!! And I love the nod near the end to jabberwocky!

  • The government won't do the same thing. Health care under the government will be driven by the needs of the people, not the shareholders. Weiner's point is that health insurance being profit driven DICTATES that the health of the customer be at odds with the stated goal of the company. If profit is driven by denying coverage, they will deny coverage as much as they can get away with. A public option won't be driven by profits. It will be driven by the needs of the people. And it'll be cheaper

  • Weiner is right on!..... listen to this guy!, and STOP the: "WHAT IF?..." fear mongering!!!.

  • Finally!... the first thread of smart comments towards the reform, and what it does for an overall good... this reform is the best helth care plan i have ever seen + makes insuranse companies more competitive wich is a bonus per se!.... America has too many dumb people, that's the problem!...lol

  • this guy is awesome

  • @cpfourlife Best idea to healthcare. President Obama needs him in his cabinet.

  • I really like this guy..... Weiner is saying it like it is!!!.... good job bro...

  • Health care insurance companies operate on a 30% marign to cover expenses and profit. Medicare on 4%. You do the math and fiqure out who is putting the shaft to the who.

  • Try this one, dwittra. Page 59 of the Congressional Health Care Reform Bill has NO SUCH THING, you fool. Guess what, dewittra, Football Season starts, and a lot of those stadiums were built on huge amounts of government funding. Therefore, according to you, they're "socialist" and you should abstain, ney, protest their existence. And generate misinformation--tell people that when football players retire, they get sent to "death camps".

  • Have you been living under a rock? It's a private - public option. Not mention that Ed Hanway, CEO of Cigna, for instance, made 12.2 million last year. That's $5,583 per hour ($44,664 per day if it's an 8-hour day). What world are you living in, the world of Fox News which gets most of its sponsorships from the health insurance industry? Probably.

  • And you are cheerleading... what? Are you cheerleading that as far as infant mortality rates go, the United States ranks 29th in the world? Is that what you're cheerleading about? Or maybe you're cheerleading for CEO of Cibgna Ed Hanway's salary last year of 12.2 million dollars? Is that what you're cheerleading? Or are you cheerleading for higher premiums and co-pays and deductibles along with less benefits.

  • Comment removed

  • It provides more choice than HMOs, and doctors prefer it to other insurance programs because unlike most private insurance benefits, its benefits more often cover the treatment a doctor prescribes without cutting it off before completion.

  • So, what Health Insurance or Health related company do you work for? The Health Insurance Companies had a record breaking profit margin this year!! That is shameful given the number of uninsured and people that have been denied services and meds while supposedly covered. Stop arguing for the real "death panels" and start arguing for the real American citizens that are dying without quality, affordable health care!

  • I have watched this video a 100 times probably, its so good. This congressman has a great future.

  • rock on!

  • Page 124: No company can sue the government for price-fixing. No "judicial review" is permitted against the government monopoly. Put simply, private insurers will be crushed.

  • ...and this would be a bad thing?

Insurance should not be profit driven.

  • notice how many of the repub scumbags are not there

  • We need this guy to represent us in California!! Excellent speaker, and he hot his point across!!

  • President Clinton grew the program known as HMOs, back in 1990. It was designed to manage cost. The result was additional layers between citizens and their doctors. If we hire 50000 people per state to manage and regulate a new program, There is an enormous infrastructure needed. How many folks do you need to manage the expenditures of 370 million people? Health/Human Services budget currently is 737Billion (2009 Budget Brief). What can we reasonably expect?

  • He needs to be the front runner for healthcare reform. Agree with his plan or not, he has one and believes in it. The best thing about it is that it puts choices in our hands.

  • Whoooo! Well put!

  • Wasn't Medicare Part D pasted to lower the cost of presciption drugs? Does anyone think the cost of drugs are cheaper? Isn't Medicare expected to be bankrupt by 2019? It always amazes me how we THINK we can get something for free or a lot cheaper from our government. We are falling against the world in education, our national debt is huge, and social security is about to go bankrupt. The number I saw was in 2017, anyone believe social security will be around when we retire?

  • this guy is brilliant

  • Thats because we are too timid to go for single payer. thats what all the developed world does, and our companies are expected to compete with workers who have universal healthcare? America is committing suicide en masse

  • I seriously think that Weiner should run for president in 2016.

  • Damn he's smart! Is he single? Yes, lets talk about cutting Medicare and see what happens.....

  • Someone has marked your comment as spam even though it clearly is not spam. :)

  • He just bitch slappin any and all opposition! ANTHONY THE BULL DOG FROM NY, GET EM BOOOOOY!!!
