it's actually cold water the increases metabolism because the body has to warm it up. where as warm water is easily metabolised

@peiitea those are compressed DIY facial paper masks. They're sold at sites like Amazon or a trusted Asian beauty supply store. As indicated in the video, it acts like a sponge & soaks up liquid that is poured unto it. You are supposed to leave it on your clean face for 15-20 minutes and let the liquid soak into your skin. Most ready to use facial packs like My Beauty Diary don't require rinsing after use, but if you plan on DIY & putting food on your face you may want to rinse your skin after.

Hello Queenie! I dropped the habit of drinking cold water long time ago. I totally agree with the importance of keeping the body warm. However, anger is a difficult thing to deal with. I may not show the anger directly at the person who caused it, but I feel the anger and sometimes it's so overwhelming that I feel fatigued after feeling the emotion. Also cutting down on fried food..I don't eat too much fried food in my daily diet, but whenever I'm on a vacation it is my 1st choice for side dish
