it hits me in the quads,hams,lats,shoulders, and upper/lower back. These are great for me on a chest day to round out a great overall "pump" that lasts for several days. It doesn't tax to failure like you think so you can work legs or back the next day if you want without overtraining symptoms. This move is overall a great filler on any day. Hope you can try it.
