  • Ella is a great acrress. We need to see this type of theatre more often. I look forward to viewing this production myself when it comes to my city.

    Another great actress was Henrietta Vinton Davis. She was introduced in her debut by Frederick Douglas on April 25, 1883 and continued performing for nearly forty years. She passed on in 1941 and has no marker for her grave in Harmony Memorial Park outside Washington, DC
