That was an htc theme that was loaded on the rom by whomever made it. Hell of a phone. If you want it, make me an offer.

This is a Motorola Q9h. It's an engineering sample, according to the IMEI number. The ROM is a custom build from Motorola, I believe...not something cooked up by me or XDA.

There is no wifi on regular Q9h phones...that's why you can't find it. This video is of a special engineering sample.
