Random fact for you.

Yes the internal organs are still male, However they still experience hormone cycles (pms, ect) They get periods, kinda, just no bleeding since there are no female organs. the rest is purely determined by the hormonal changes.

Meaning they feel more what it is like to be a woman than you realize.

Besides, being a woman is more than physical.
