  • Great!!! Thank you so much!!!

  • Is this suitable for rent boys also?, thanks...

  • Are this exercises helpful for pianists too?

  • Thank you very much sir :D Im not a guitarist but I'll use your stretching exercise whenever my hands are tired .

  • I play the ukulele and my left hand feels tense because it's it's always bent while playing power chords. The hands-clasped-rotating exercise helped a lot :D

  • thanks, works good for me

  • Harvey Keitel?

  • @petrofsky That's what I thought too.

  • Thanks for the tips! I'm just starting to learn guitar and have been having serious issues getting the angles down needed for the different chords. I believe these exercise will help a lot.

  • 3:48 ooo that was a good one

  • I will never understand Those Fashion ADs.

  • YAY! I went to clark college :-)

  • This was very helpful thank you :]

I hope this help but if there are more alternative exercises like these, please let me know....thank you & assalamualaikum...

  • Wonderful :) Thank you~ :)

  • My right hand has never gotten tired. But the thumbish part of my left hand gets tired from pressing hard on the neck to bar the frets

  • =) this should help a lot as ive damaged my strumming hand in the past and its hasnt really been 100% since so hopefully these should help my palm muting

  • iron man

  • my hand hurts!

  • Nice video! I definately bookmarked it. Very useful stretches.

  • Wow thanks, I shattered my left wrist and the growth plate about 7 years ago and it never healed properly. Of course it gives me a lot of trouble with my guitar playing, and even in every day activities. Thanks a lot!

  • my pinkie on my left hand (which i play notes, pressing the string onto the fret) is no use to me.i can hardly play with it.when i have to put it on a fret it speeds up so i have very little control over it.help?

  • I'm missing the way the hands-clasped wrist stretch is supposed to go, but I'll keep an eye on this video. Thanks for the help.

  • good video, teach! I have a sepcific problem, though: after playing for a while, the hand muscle the runs along the outside of my palm, following the line of my pinkie, begins to cramp pretty badly. should I just keep playing through it, or is it something I can eliminate through stretching?

  • don't play through it! Put down the guitar and rest it till it feels better. Stretch before and after playing(unless it hurts, then just rest it). Never try to play through it. Listen to your body. Let that be your most important guide and teacher.

  • @orwellson

Personally I would say that this was excess tension in your playing hand. I had this myself a while back and I had WAY too much tension in my hands during playing.

  • when did phil collins grow hair and started teaching guitar in a college? xD

  • surprisingly works!

  • Many thanks. I've started playing not long ago, and have been suffering quite some wrist pain. This is very helpful.

  • thank you helped alot!
