  • NOOB :D

  • if only bruce lee did a fighting instruction video

  • lol- @ 1:52 haha

  • where could i get a punching bag like this... well not punching bag but punching dummy or somthing

  • @mickieftw I think it's called Bob. Body Opponent Bag... (:

  • this guy scares me

  • hmmph ummph ummph hmmph ummph lol

  • he lost his balance how funny

  • @djstevesupreme ahahaha look at how funny it is you look this up because you probably don't even know how to fight and looking on the internet to learn how to [: i respect this guy because he knows what he is doing

  • These training dummy's are crap apparently, went in to price one and the salesman said he'd snapped the head off of it at-least 3 times with his.

  • 26000 viever :)

  • I want to lear this Techniques

  • this really helped me again tonghit.i havent been in any martial arts for a while, but i practised a bit tonight and realized i was moving alot more mechanically, and a lot less fluently, but when i focused on retracting my hits as much as throwing them, it helped me regain that "water over rock" type thing. thank you!

  • @RavenousMedicine dont just learn moves

learn why they work and how the muscles work in them

once u have that down ur unstopabble

  • lol a near fail 1;48

  • very tru what he said, i couldnt help but laugh when he first said his name then started grunting lmao then i saw the comment about him taking on a druk and now cant stop laughing !

i'm not mocking him by the way, just find him funny lol

  • is it true that whit a hand ball you can gain speed and reflection?????

  • lmfao he grunting like crazy sounds like he taking a dunk at the end. but it pretty good.

  • it's his breathing. if your able to control ur breathing u can strike with a lot more power and u wont get worn down as easily

  • yup

  • ya you have more power in your hits when you release your breath with the hit, thats why boxers make the sh noise when they punch , or why the karate experts yell when the do there moves because it gives them more power

  • ya i was slapping boxing with my friend last yr he a professional boxer im a freshman now so is he we were in 8th grade haha but any ways he made the sh sound i got owned my em thats why i do jeet kune do and stuff now plus martial arts owns im beast fighter now i know i can beat that guy now and plus my yell it like bruce lee it high pitched :D

  • @f0rsak3n123 yes 100% true mate, we always breath when training, weights, bag, fighting breathing is the key

  • O_o the legss!!! ¿?

  • I thought that speed made strength when your fighting. The faster you throw a kick/punch the more its gonna bring the pain....

  • Depends on the mass. Both speed and mass are important. It's fundamental physics. A huge guy with huge arms won't have to punch very fast to do damage. If he connects with a vulnerable area it will be effective on anyone. Likewise, an 8 gram bullet coming out of the gun of a 100 lbs. weakling will do far more damage because it's moving a lot faster.

  • I see...thanks for telling me...Peace

  • I've always got contact with my friend during a fight we gang beat everyone!

  • sorry buddy but i disagree with your concepts on achieving greater speed

  • This guy punches pretty slowly to be giving a tutorial on speed.

  • plus if that skinny guy lands a punch that stuns triple h? where's he gonna go to the floor lol

  • yah that makes no sense

  • girl? lol first you should learn to spell...and im going to respond to a messages if in my msg folder it says i have received one...simply don't reply if you don't want me to ...its that simple man,and if i didn't have a life i don't think i would be sitting here typing this i would be in a cemetery so ya....

  • Actually, speed is about perception, Power=Distance/Time, hip rotation and proper selection of weapon vs circumstance and target. We all know how "fast" Ronnie Coleman was?

  • Speed isn't just perception. How fast can you get something from point A to B is speed. Hip rotation is a motion to decrease the space between your striking point to the target, therefore increases the total speed. This video aint too bad compared to his Muay Thai... ugh.

  • Why did he almost fall down after kicking the dumy the first time and then totally miss the last kick .. the dummy wasn't going anywhere

  • @zwreckless1 The last kick is called an axe kick, and he didnt miss it. he just used a different kick.

  • It comes down to this..

    Muhammed ali or Mike tyson:

Tiger or Grizzly Bear: I think we all know the answer..

    Speed always wins

  • I don't know if I agree with the 'Speed always wins' statement. If the bear gets a hit on a tiger he will break it...so...

  • 'IF'...and if the bear is slow, it'll get killed.

  • But this is still a totally hypothetic and with animals |-D lol

  • noob

  • If you lift enough weights, then wouldn't you become strong enough to just knock somebody out with the first two hits? If that happens then you don't have to worry as much about getting countered right? Also, from my experience, the person who throws(and connects) with the first punch usually has the advantage and usually wins. If you want to watch training in a more realistic setting, watch Bas Rutten's self defense videos. They're here on You tube.

  • so if i move faster i will gain fighting speed....? brilliant.

    -

lame jokes aside, simple fighting using leverage and speed is way more important than power. two words; mr miagi

  • Flash vs Hulk? You must be trolling.

  • UFC isn't completely open combat, they have rules. Shut up about that. It doesn't apply to this general advice.

  • look at all the kids who have never been in a fight talk lol

  • Agreed, heavy weights with 6-8 reps is the way to go. I do however think you are taking his advice out of hand. His strategy is good in most boxing stances but you should definitely throw precise and powerful straight punches. As far as mixed martial arts is concerned I don't think his advice is that spectacular as long as you know where your opponents fists are. :P

  • tbf this guy is rite. if your up against a guy who is lets say about the same build as triple h?. and you have more speed than him, your gonna throw the first punch and be able to keep throwing them before he has the time too pull his arm back. thus a win for you.... am i rite? correct me if am wrong lol

  • wtf and ur saying some skinny guy can hurt triple h...ya sure im pretty sure hunter will land 1 punch and that punch is gonna stun u hard enough to the punch where that 2nd or 3rd punch is gonna knock u out ...am im also sure he wont have to pull his arm back to hit u hard enough 2 stun u

  • i asked for a correction not for you too have a go lol

  • thanx...but uuuuhhhhuuuhhhhhh!!! THOSE KICKS MAN...U LOOK LIKE U WERE STUMBBLIN' U NEED TO OPEN UR EYES N LOOK BALANCE + TECHNIQUE + SPEED + POWER = A GOOD FOUNDATION FOR A GOOD FIGHTER !

    " TECHNO KID "

  • do u have a blackbelt ....im sure you dont and if it is 1st degree you need to shut up...this guys knows what hes talking about ...do come on here looking for tips and then down him for 1 offbalance kick...

  • well u need to be light as possible to be fast runner but u have to have big muscles in ur legs so u run faster, but he talks about speed in fighting so i guess if u develop upper body muscles u will move faster, it does make sense, more muscles more easier to move because it'll make u quicker

  • your kinda correct but with sunning as in martial arts the type of muscle you want is dense muscle not bulky speed comes from quick contractions of the muscles and the more fibers there to contract the faster it will me and like wieght lifting builds on the fibers already there but like clap push ups and such build more muscle fibers

  • ...wtf are u talking about ...bruce lee said it himself most people that do martial arts neglet working there body out and forget that strenth is very important...in wing chun which was taught to bruce lee those punches require you to have a strong upper body..including triceps and ur back muscles..and sense i have started working out i have realized that i have increased muscles...and looking and lee's body you can see why he is so fast

  • ok i say strength wont make you fast, you answer me something about wing chun and you workin out... just look at bob sapp...3x lee's size, yet slow as a shit

  • .....um dude bob sapp is not all muscle ...lol hes bulky and probably overweight.....ur just trying to find and excuse for using light weights...and speed dosent matter unless your parrying ...i guarantee you once u get hit in your face the last thing you will be thinking about is how to punch fast .....someone that can throw 100 punches fast..well thats good for them but if u have a guy that can throw one punch = to that then whats the point of being fast

  • science shows that no human being can reach maximal strength in a striking motion, our muscles simply don't contract fast enough.

explosiveness and quick reaction time is how to achieve speed.

  • so did the guy meaned that you havt to pull heavy weights like 2-3 times ? ??

  • I think real super speed is more about being quick than just fast. So it is more like what a magician does with cards than what a drummer does with his stick, or hands.

  • he is a little slow, but i supose that its because he is heavy. i supose so i guess.

  • He's like Bas Rutten, but with hair :P

"Ding a da ding a da dong!!!"

  • I believe it's "Dang a da dang a da dang!" followed by "don-chu eh-var do dis!" heheh

  • Yes that's right, I made a mistake :P

  • Thats a good point.

  • why people hatin. lol. i thought it was funny.

  • Gotta say, unless your opponent is knocked silly with the punches, I wouldn't throw any high axe or other kicks like that. You could easily wind up on your back, fast. Besides, the most power comes from mid level kicks. If your opponent is focused on high level strikes, throwing a straight front kick to the mid section would catch him off guard more likely and maybe set him on his ass.

  • Especially if the other guy knows Judo

  • Question: Does your technique work on opponents who have arms?

  • LOL

  • =)))

  • @stanburdman Question: How many other sites do you troll on?

  • @stanburdman Lmfao lmfao lmfao lmao
