How do you stop putting your hands down? Like, I'm pretty sure I'm getting enough height, but I keep putting my hands down anyway. I think it's reflex.
@ePakamatches Yeah, it's reflex. its like a habit. you gotta break from it slowly. repetition makes habit. so repetition of the opposite thing can get rid of the habit.
When I get the chance, I'll refer to this. It's good to learn moves from people who have just gotten the move because they tend to have more things to explain to people who have problems...

we learn it at our school, things like Butterfly kick, Btwist, Aerial etc.
