Thanks for this is really easy to see the movements! I'm going for my blue belt, and this form just confuses me with all the outisde middle blocks, It's the first form to use that so I just went wack trying to learn.

thanks for this video its helping me review because i have my blackbelt test this weekend and its in front of Grande Master Kim and the papers they give us for our forms isnt very descriptive in its pictures for all of the movements
