Flying around a Thunderstorm over Orlando, Florida

i flew from orlando on the 31st march back to manchester england and the turbilance was horrible it took about 40 minits to fly out of the storm most flights were cancelled but we left on time

Funny, I saw no thunderstorm formations in that video.

Nearly every summer day in Orlando, you get a big thunderstorm with heavy rain and lots of lightning whether you need one or not! I know, I used to live not far from there.

I want to cry every time I see the YouTube Travel Police telling video makers to stop using cameras in flight.

I am rather certain that no aircrew worthy of seating in that a cockpit would ever fly knowingly into a thunderstorm. Such an action is seen as utterly foolhardy.

wow check out the angle of those clouds. They are titling towards the side. I heard thats a bad sign when you see clouds doing that.

Our flight was delayed at the Orlando airport due to that exact same storm.. Glad i was in the airport and not in the plane cause it was bad !!
