ok i just bought a festiva gl the other day i paid $400 for her and everything works perfect including the ac and it only had 30000 miles on it!!! anyway when i got the car it had a full tank of gas and i have been driving it ever sence and still havent put gas in it. for a while i thought the gas gage was broke or something. theis cars get AMAZING gas milage !!!
The Ford Festiva from 1989 to 1993 was one of the best little cars ever. You have to own one to appreaciate it. People that use them for delivery in their jobs end up buying one for themselves, not because they are anything flashy, but simply because they are the toughest little practical car around for the money. I have 240,000 miles on mine and its going strong as ever and I have had to do nothing to it other than general maintenance like oil and filter change, brake rotors, air filter, etc.
These cars are perfect for smoking a big fat joint and roll up the windows and cruise around the town on town until the cops bust you. Have a festive festival in the festiva. How does one get laid in this car?
anyone know where i can find a five speed for my 93 festiva? mines blown. only has 1st and second and it sounds like tin cans when you pull the clutch out.
