I think George Dies and Izzi lives, Izzi wakes up and you can see she is crying next to george who was hit by the bus, lexi confirmed it was him, he wrote 007 on her hand, it was a joke between them because George was joining the Army, and George's ex-wife was freaking out, and she didn't care about izzi, so its clear she was upset about george.
