  • such a strong person....giving inspirations to others till his last moments.

  • I watched my father die of cancer. I've known others who have died from it but I wasn't there in their last moments, but still saw how it aged and wasted them. This man is INCREDIBLY brave to face it head on, accept it, and not just survive a little longer, but to LIVE until he couldn't anymore. My deepest respect to you Dr Pausch for inspiring us and setting this magnificent example.

  • I am trying to watch the last 2 links under "Dr. Pausch's final fight to get the message out about his disease:" and I get the message " this video is private". is it a message i get (is something wrong with my computer or is it??).

I am really inspired by these videos, it puts you in perspective on your life which i take for granted...

Thnk you "Randy" and I believe everyone that gets your message aggrees - you are an inspiration....

  • Im glad I watched this

  • "Wir haben das Glück erfunden" - sagen die letzten Menschen und blinzeln -

  • At some point I lost sight of my childhood dreams. This was very inspirational and not just because he was dying. Thank you Mr. Randy Pausch for opening my mind to everything I once dreamed about.

  • rest well! and i loved the 3 parts to apologizing quote. :)

  • Damn... This guy is so good... Our prayers...

  • RIP RIP RIP :(

  • the end.... :(

  • Watched the program on tv. Very inspirational indeed. Dr. Randy Pausch will remain an admirable man in the hearts of many. Thanks for posting!

  • he's the MAN....he's the MAN

  • Definitely a great man, but i wouldn't say its jaw dropping inspiring. It is just one of those videos which make you feel hyper-real, a very americanized way to put it.

Its amusing to see humanity still needs talks on 'how to live', when our civilization is over thousands of years old.

  • I've seen it many times, every time I'm on the verge of being in tears. It's already been two years since he died, and now like the great man he was, Randy Pausch is still inspiring people many months after his passing. And he'll inspire many many people beyond that!

The most inspiring thing was that the things he could control he would work hard to improve, and that the things he couldn't control he accepted and continued to work onward anyway...plus he dedicated all of this to his kids. RIP

  • Golly, it's 2 years to the day that Dr Randy Pausch died. RIP. Incredible humanity shown here.

  • Way to go - I hope i can grow to be half as wise as he was

  • I too drew art on the walls of my parents house when I grew up. It is still there. Your speech is excellent. Good advices. Can't believe when you think about how sensitive life is. When you live having no problems you don't feel it. If people understand this fact as a whole, regardless of religion, much of the problems of this world does not exist today. As a Buddhist I say may you attain NIRVANA. May we meet in this SANSARA again.

  • This video has been an inspiration for me. R.I.P Dr. Randy

  • you know... I think what make him so special, so inspirational, so human actually, is the fact that he knew he was dying. When you're about to lose the most precious thing you have, you realize how much you care of it. This professor was a great man, and we should never forget the lesson he teached us in this video. Live your life properly when you can do it . Have fun, give love, and your life will never be lived for nothing...
