lo mejor que a volado como un helicoptero lastima que lo retiraron de servicio pero mientras sirvio fue en mi opinion el mejor helicoptero que a volado en cualquier parte del mundo
@WildeEdge88 Sorry sir this is not a pave low, the Pave Low is the later version of the CH-53 Super Stallion. The MH-53 Pave Low was recently retired by the Navy.
@tim9355 the navy didn't fly the pave low, they currently fly the MH-53 witch is the exact same as a CH-53E with fatter sponsons, no aux tanks and some mine sweeping capabilities
Most people think they put people in it when they actually don't... Even when air DROPPING tanks or other light vehicles in they don't. The crew is usually on the ground already.
CH-53E Super Stallion: Power Plant: 3 General Electric T64-GE-416's; Carries a total of 72 troops and a crew of 3; GW 73,500lbs (33,339kg) used by the U.S. Marines and the U.S. Navy. Damn I know a lot
thats a MH-53J Pave Low III a little different than a super stallion most notably by the tail fin which is not slanted on the pave low but is on the super stallion and the pave low is 10 feet shorter
No sir. All in the Marine Corp. I was stationed at the Naval Air Test Center in Patuxent River Md.I believe its called something different now. This was in 1988-91. We had all the different models. It was a real good experience being there. I also got to fly on the H-46 and various models of the H-60 Seahawk. And got to see one of the first prototype V-22. An awesome plane.
Mustang1302 is right The first 2 helos in the clip are CH-53E's Super Stallion's because they have the 20 degree canted tail. All the others are the earlier model Sikorsky, the CH-53D the Sea Stallion. Never the less still an awesome clip.
It would sacrifice my life for the freedom. You would have tho look for what freedom means. your single dedicate to look for its meaning. forgets cocowash. You would have tho look for what murder means. forgets cocowash. forgets cocowash. forgets cocowash. forgets cocowash. forgets cocowash. forgets cocowash. forgets cocowash. forgets cocowash. forgets cocowash.
Stallion (CH-53D) yes, Super Stallion (CH-53E) no. No refueling probe, 2 engines, vertical tailfin. Couldn't count the blades, but I'm sure there are 6.
Nice helicopter, but Call of Ktulu is too METAL for this... sorry.
You almost ruined one of my fav songs.

why dont they just put the HUMVEE in the helicopter there as big as chinooks!
Griffmeister423 2 years ago
It won't fit... I know they won't fit inside a Chinook either. You can get an old Jeep in there but not a Hummer.

@gibsonpowa
Ktulu is actually an accepted spelling variation, since humans aren't supposed to be physically capable of pronouncing it anyways.

@Logology101 you don't physically, you verbally pronounce the word.

mikemachin41 4 years ago
additionally, the 53 J has 6 rotor blades and 2 engines ...the Super Stallion (53 E)has 7 rotorblades and (3) 5000 s.h.p. engines.
This is clearly the 53 J and not a Super Stallion.

The last D, landing in the clip has its EAPS doors open. He should have had them in auto so they would be closed while landing.
