Went to Red Lobster in Tyler TX. WORST service ever (server and cook should be fired). Server was rude and never got us what we wanted, water, asked 5 times, begged for our drinks. Served COLD coffee and never came back. Food, well, out of everything. (Monday night). Should of left, but we just got in from traveling 8 hours and was really hungry. Should of had a coupon that said...FREE !! Didn't even see a manager to see if our service or food was alright. It WAS our favorite place to eat.
