Geez, half of this video discusses the single feature of a pen-look, which is OBVIOUSLY to be placed in a pocket, and made to look like a pen from a would-be attackers point of view, but open it and now look, it's a knife. This is to surprise the attacker, somewhat, lol.
i have this knife and it is not that bad of a knife. after some practice i was able to open it nice and quickly and if you use this knife to pry, force, wedge or anything like that of course it will break, you need something like a tanto blade for that. this knife is for slash and stabs(not how the grips prevent your hands from slipping) and throws(without the clip its really well balanced). over all for the price, and purpose its a good starter knife, but that's it.
@rdescosar26 I think n urban survival, ur not gonna need to down any trees, but for what it is designed for (self defense) its good. Like he said, it's a LDK (last ditch knife)
PROBLEM: Tons and tons of complaints about how hard/stiff it is to open with one hand (partly due to how small it is and how small the peg on the blade is).
SOLUTION: Disassemble with the tool that comes with it and use a metal nail file (or whatever) to file down the little bump that's on the long flat 'spring'/locker strip of metal inside. It still stays closed safely and locks safely - but now opens much easier.
I just got mine in the mail the other day and i think its worth every penny...........
Why?
listen, its size is awsome, you clip it on your pants its not heavy and you barely notice its there....
Another reason i bought this knife was because quite frankly i dont wanna kill anyone ..... its small enough to do serious damage to someone to make them immobilized but not enough to get vital organs...
theres only one complaint... and that is it doesnt feel perfect in reverse grip, butdaz it...
don't you think that it's designed for utility cutting? more likely a scalpel in my eye, something I normally used to precisely cut paper or small wood carving :)
@usetheforks2007 thanx for your comment, yep it's definitely a pocket stick, as a knife I give it a D or F. The next time I see you in person I will probably have it on me :)
Good rewive. I give this a thumb up.

could you really use it for survival???
rdescosar26 1 year ago
@rdescosar26 it's definitely not made for wilderness survival, it was designed for survival. And I would think for the relatively light scenarios.
