we also own one exactly like that. we also use it as a farm truck. they hold up very well, although our brakes are terrible, and our power steering went out. it still works very well. very rare, but good trucks.

I have a truck the same, a 1991 dodge ram 250 2wd, with 464,000 km on it, and my speedo stopped working, it is the electronic type speedo, I can figure it out mmy self, as I am very familiar with these trucks, and am mechanicly handy, but Id rather ask, so I can get right to the problem, is there any known main reason why it doesnt work?

I just got a new toy---93 cummins, 130k miles, club cab, 4x4 5 speed, dually, great shape, power everything, everything works. for 3 grand =) aint I a lucky guy

Got my 93 Dodge, 295K and the only thing I've had to do is put a new crank sensor on it. Gauges all went out and OD stopped working, new crank sensor fixed that issue, she's back to running like a champ. I took a video of it on my channel. Love these trucks, looking to put a good sound system in mine and some cab lights, other accessories. Good good trucks, they don't make em like this anymore.

My truck it's also a 1991 but W250 full differential lock, 4x4 with the super heavy-duty suspension, (it's like run with a tractor in a rocky field :P )

But , there are a low kilometrage... 125 000 km run.

I never sale my Dodge, It's the better truck in the world!!

you just can't beat the sound of the I-6 cummins 5.9. you've got the mech injection on top of that. its capable of some serious power. i'll stick with my old 6.5(96) since its paid for. just put a single 4 inch stack on my truck not too long ago. love the way yours sounds on the F-350.
