@Cadillac yes there is enough room for subs I have 2 re se x 12's in a pro bass box in the back of mine it gets rid of all your trunk space

I'm a former Subaru convert, had a few the last was an XT Forester UNTIL it came to turbo, oil leaks, vacuum leaks, thousands of dollars!!!! 20mpg on premium, dealer 40 miles away!!.

I wasn't expecting to lke this Soul, as a former mech. and a motorcycle enthusiest I am critical of machinery that is less that satisfying to ride.

THIS VEHICLE ROCKS, do not listen to ant of the nay sayers, go take one for a ride.

29-31 mpg on regular/ 2.0 auto, all tools fit in the back.

IT HANDLES like a gokart.

im debating on weather i should get one of these or a forte koup :p, i luv both cars but i lik the soul a little more than the koup, the only problem is i dont think that there is enough room in the trunk to put 2 12's or even 1 :p because i want to get either some orion or jl audio subs in the back of which ever car i get, do you think there is enough room in the back of the soul?? i know that there is enough room in the trunk of the forte koup for sure

Hey I want the spoiler stripe for edition 1 We got mood lights but no stripe on the spoiler .

Sweet rides 1 and 2 but am curious how we know or prove they are limited? Nobody seems to be able to answer that . Where is the proof ? in the VIN ?

Dude I had the same problem opening the little cover over the stereo, do you know if the have a light kit to make the speakers pulse on the Ingition model?

i didn't see it, but does the ignition soul have the mood/speaker lights? We're buying one of these this weekend regardless, but i never thought to check. :)

I am pretty sure they have it. There was a subwoofer in the back, 99.9% of the time that means there are light up speakers.

oh, i love the car! the height is freakin perfect. . just slide across. Everyone at work knew it was mine before i even said anything. They were like "yeh only you would pick something like that." :) it's snowing outside but i just had to ride with an open sunroof. hahaha! it was like being in a snowglobe. . .definately very happy with it. fun :)

The new Black Special Edition is awesome. Black with Black Leather and the wheels shown above, but it has some graphics on it that only a certain few will leave.

I still like the Scion XB styling better ...mature ...and manly...while this Soul is more of a cute chic car....in vegas I don't see alot of Soul or Cube, mostly the new XB....and haven't seen a dude drive a Soul yet.

So do you have a Black Soul? haha Or just a dead one? J/K this Ignition is probably my favorite Soul, however the new Black one (Special Edition Package 3) is pretty cool too without the Decals. Our receptionist drives a Dune ! model, we installed custom 2-tone leather to match it. There is now black leather on the outsides of the seats with a Dune color leather on the inserts... It turned out awesome.

Thats fine, no excuses needed! Korean reliability had been an issue for years but since about 2006 Hyundai and Kia have improved HUGE amounts. The cars they are building now can't even be compared to the ones from 1994-2005. I have a feeling that when you get tired of Scion you might consider a new Korean car :)

By the way guys. There is a 3rd Special Edition out now! I saw it yesterday. It's Black with Black Leather and the Wheels shown on this one!!! It also has graphics on it similar to the Burner Concept but black as well. I will get a video of that up soon as well as the Koup SX.

Weird... The original models released didn't come with an armrest at all. The arm-rest was meant to be an accessory and was added through the service departments after the fact. About a month on the market and numerous complaints Kia started paying the service departments to add them on for free. I don't know why they would have told you that. I have seen both...

Hey Ronton, I was wondering if you could give us a demonstration since you have a great quality camera of the 315 watt Infinity Sound System. I would love to see that Subwoofer in action. I tend to not really be a big fan of rap, but it is ok if you use Rap as a means of demonstrating the bass of the sound system. I would greatly appreciate it. Once I get the money, I'm definitely getting a Soul. Too bad I'm in CA and you're in OR, I would have bought one from you. Bass Mekanik is also good

@thatguy4142 this is like the Plus soul model but with upgraded features, so it is referred to as Special Edition type 2 some weird orange colour name. Since it does have the upgraded sound system package it should have the pulsating speakers, but I'm not sure. The guy who did the review (rontonkinkia) actually knows his stuff. He is the only one I have seen thus far who knows this car and does not read of a list.

Actually it doesn't have the speaker lights... It's weird, it has the upgraded audio package but no control on the dash for the lights. Hope that helps..
