I learned this particular routine through a product called "Mind Eraser", by Joe Brogie. Try doing some research on hypnosis and anchoring as well.

It took me a few months before I got hypnosis down okay. When I got Mind Eraser, it took me maybe a month to execute it correctly. The best way to practice it is to just try it. Whether you "fail" at your attempt is not what we're concerned about at the moment. Practicing Mind Eraser by trying it on several people will have you get your patter down to the point where it becomes second nature and you don't have to think much about what you have to say. Be as natural as possible.
