I used to enjoy drinking to get to the point of being wasted. But ever since Ive turned 21 its not as fun as used to be. I mean its cool when your under 21 because you feel like your living on the edge. But once reach 21 you feel more like an adult. I still drink but not to the point of getting wasted.

This is in fact only a very recent definition. A real binge is when a person withdraws himself from social life for at least three consecutive days and is constantly heavily intoxicated. THAT's dangerous indeed, but binge drinking the way it's described in this film is guaranteed to give fun. The people who don't enjoy it shouldn't do it, and the rest should just be left to do as they choose rather then nanny them.

I don't drink, but almost every friend does. Honestly, it's scary, bc a high % of college students are alcoholic by the time the graduate (not sure of the number). Two of my friends have been to the hospital to get their stomach pumped, and one of my floormates was given drugs and alcohol at the same time and started to throw up blood.

The only thing I can say about binge drinking, please be careful. If not for yourself, then for your friends. It's hard to watch a friend almost die.
