I have to sue theNational Australia Bank for damages, unbelievably they managed to get our properties but we have the right to sue for damages. The judge in court told us we had to sue, unlike my lawyer, the judge obviously read the banks documents which show in black and white that the bank knew their employees had lied on the application form and broke the Australian Trades Practices Act.
