You use too many spell bars in your GUI and use your mouse to cast spells. Tip, learn to use quick keys or key key bindings/macros (super useful for all classes)/spell bars rotations (CTRL+#).
Once you learn that trick, almost ALL functions to play in parties or raids can be done with only one hand. Leaving your other hand to either jerk off to the newest PTS content or drink your favourite beverage.
