  • Wow!!! Namaste!!!!

  • That looks slightly painful... Just a bit!!!

  • Greetings ... a friend says that taking unnatural postures for the body has implications for the vertebrae of the spine ... I told her that the elasticity is a source of vitality and youth to be handled carefully and gradually.

I would like to know the opinion of a teacher lol

  • @mauriciotaek I am not a teacher, but I agree with you. You have to know your own body. Challenging one's limits is good for the mind.

  • Totally Inspirational!

  • Do you have tips on how to gain back flexibility for a beginner please ?

  • That's how it's done. Hip and back flexibility is unbelievable.

  • Wnderful work . Most beautiful body and balance. So glad you're continuing your training.

  • wow!

  • nice body

  • What do you have, two spinal cords?

  • 0:56 is breathtaking Stephen!

  • On of the coolest things on there was the one of scorpion, but with your feet past your shoulders. Also, the one of the splits where you are touching your back leg. I just barely learned how to barely touch my back leg in the splits lol! also, when you have your feet behind your head and you pushed them down, I completely didnt think of pushing my feet down in that movement haha

  • Thank you.

  • 0:37 Reverse Planche :)

  • Stephen, your mobility is truly remarkable! Continued strength and health to you my friend. Respectfully, Steve Atlas

  • oh my gosh you are so skinny and flexible my lower back rebroke just watching that lol

  • Each video is more impressive and creates even more respect for your skills and dedication.

  • Your backbend and leg splits look beautiful my friend. Best wishes for you in the new year.
