This was a good idea, but it had a few issues. If you mix your batter with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes, it will have a better consistency. Also, grease and flour your pan before you put your batter in, and it will come out all nice and in one piece after it's baked. But it was a good effort. Thanks for sharing! :)
