I agree with stiggiethefirst, it is the slow chops, ones on cells and ones not paying attenting on the road that cause the problems. I am not too much of a speedster but when I get on the road to drive, I drive. The fast lane is not meant for snails!

oh so anyone who doesn't have a number plate is a speeder? nice idea to put number plates on plate-less cars, i mean it is illegal to even have a car on the road without number plates, but what's stopping them just using those stickers as plates? at a glimpse the police will now think they have plates, so at the same time as trying to help you're actually doing them a favour by making their cars less conspicuous

Wow, this is so moronic... Hoe on earth does this help? I'd laugh my ass of if someone would stick that on my car. Besides, it seems to me like all you are doing is making their cars stand out less. Who cares about fast drivers anyway, let's get rid of the slow ones first, way more annoying and WAY more dangerous.

No dude seriously, almost all traffic accidents/near traffic accidents I've seen were because someone was driving like a snail and someone else got so annoyed they overtook them when it wasn't safe. Plus if I drive behind someone slow, I have to drive faster afterwards to make up the time. Furthermore, accidents happen when you don't pay attention, and when don't I pay attention? when people on scooters are overtaking me. Never even been close to having an accident because of speeding so.

I have to agree with you. The first question when going for learner is: What is one of the most importan rules. Keep left pass right.These asses do not do that.They will hold you up and when you try and pass,they speed up.And people are to busy on cellphones,or chatting away like sitting in their living room.And some are just spitefull!!

The fact remains that this campaign was started in Johannesburg due to the high death toll traffic accidents cause. Numbers you would be awestruck when comparing those against the numbers in your country.
