I'll get one for my birthday (In 11 days!), but I could experiment a little bit with my dad's S880. You have to press that "BS" button on the bottom-left of the screen side. Then, you can browse through many presets (You should normally use "Automatic", though), I think at the end of that list there's the YouTube Mode, select it.

Press the best shot bottom, go down the list until you find the "Youtube" mode
