Most of the evidence I've seen strongly suggests that Niall in fact did control all of Ireland and most of Britain as well. Can you cite a reliable source that says otherwise?
What Pat said about the Celts in Britain was that they were wiped out as far as a native power. Why wouldn't Niall be able to dominate them? The Celtic societal structure in Britain was completly wiped out. Lets hear you prove him wrong.
