It's very easy for one to become Muslim.

One becomes a Muslim by believing in the Two Testifications of Faith and uttering (saying) them with the intention of leaving out blasphemy. The Two Testifications of Faith In English are:

"I bear witness that no one deserves to be worshiped except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah".

You do not need a witness to be a Muslim, Allah is a witness. But in order for one to believe that that non-Muslim embraced Islam, then one needs to hear him testify.

But to be a Muslim, one can become a Muslim at home without witnesses, just leave the blasphemy and say with belief:

Allah's attributes are perfect. The scholars of Islam said that it is obligatory upon every mukallaf (Accountable preson) to know Attributes of Allah, among which 13 attributes that have been mentioned repeatedly in al-Quran. Allah is attributed with: Existence, Oneness, Eternity, Everlastingness, Non-neediness of others, Power, Will, Knowledge, Hearing, Sight, Life, Speech, and Non-resemblance to the creation.

Some people claim that the Prophet knows all the Ghaib! That's not true. Some of the unforseen is given to the Prophet such as the day of judgment and what's after.. but not all the Ghayb.

Prophet Muhammad is the best of Allah's creations. He is a human being, and he had over 2000 miracles that all indicate his prophethood and the prohethood of all the Prophets before that they all came with the same religion, Islam, but with difference in their laws.
