@Flimerfly Actually no. When "The Mask" was released on VHS, Turner Broadcasting Service already bought New Line Cinema, there's no way the CTHV logo appeared in it, but the New Line Home Video logo did.
@DoomRaeMoonTV Right, and I remember something else as well: New Line Home Video releases distributed by RCA/Columbia/Columbia-Tristar didn't have Feature Presentation screens.

That warning screen looks like the Warning screen from Carolco Home Video.
