Slicing and Coding a Layout with Photoshop & Dreamweaver

my only question is, how come when im finished i view it through internet explorer and it looks perfect but when i insert the code into vampirefreaks, the pictures dont show up? oh and how do i make it a div layout?

@trustymcchris You probably have to make CSS tags for the background image. That way it has the image to transfer on.
