    Protein powders are a isolated or concentrated source of protein, it is created to be able to take a good amount of protein easily. You have no knowledge of biology whatsoever, human can take a huge amount of protein and still get no liver damage. It is as man-made as peanuter butter.

    Depends on the quality of protein powder. Some blend very well, some rather bad, for some it is suggested to blend for most it doesn't really matter. (Although blending gurantee's superior mixing.

  • bodybuilers use these supplements because its cheaper than going to buy 25 chickens to get your protein/calorie requirement and the bigger you get, the more calories you need to get bigger.

  • they're not supposed to replace protein you get from food, you are supposed to use protein powder as a SUPPLEMENT. and yes it does work. These powders are made from dehydrated milk proteins, its not synthetic so yes, it does work.

    you probably should get your facts straight before you post a comment. when you workout your body breaks down protein to build muscle. after working out your body needs more protein if you wish to get even more muscle built because you dont actually make muscle until the next day when your muscles repair themselves. protein is protein no matter where it comes from you idiot

  • K i use Six Star Muscle Building Milkshake, And it tells me to use 2 Scoops with 120mL (4 oz. ) or 180mL ( 6 oz. ) of water.

    There seems to be too little water for 2 scoops. I think i should put more water. Anyone have any Ideas? Please Help!

  • ur protein shake is wrong, it's not supposed to have milk because milk takes away half the protein and it takes 2 hours to digest milk and the misture of the milk with powder causes GSD formations which is bad cuz it killes white blood cells, this is also the reason why muscle milk never works and is bad for u.

  • Hey no sweat, Im deathly allergic to peanuts as well, but I still take protein. I just get the ones that dont have a peanut flavour alternative, like just vanilla/choc/strawberry. Best protein on the market today is Magnum Quattro, a bit expensive, but its well worth it. Ive been using it for over a year with no side effects, not even farts!

  • Kidneys, my bad. Didn't realize i typed liver until after i posted the comment. If you had 10 a day, that would mean that is all you drink and/or eat. On all the whey protein products i have seen (the big tubs) they say 2-4 servings a day and that is if it had 50g of protein in each one.
