I actually enjoy Seed in fact I would say Seed is my favorite overall in story and characters compared to what've watched and I've seen them all except for Double 0, to this date Double Zeta and Seed Destiny are my most hated

seed R the sux, worst drama, worst character designs in all of gundam series, every episode is "OMG QQ I HAVE TO KILL THEM" which is retarded, suit to suit combat was the only thing that kept seed alive , and even that R sucked after the main character gets a mobile suit that has unlimited energy and shoots down endless waves of grunts while the main character continues to cry

worst thing about it is that thing about how normal humans cant pilot for shit --- which is bullshit

you pretty much described ALL the Gundams I've seen except ZZ which was more of a comedy, F91 and CCA which had no char development except CCA had one of the most annoying characters EVER, and Wing

well, not everyone can be an F1 racer, and if you actually payed attention to the show, it's not the case that normal humans couldn't pilot a MS, it's because they can't write a proper OS to allow any joe schmoe to run a MS

no lol ur wrong, i just watched the original gundams, and amuro does not cry like gayass yamato nor look like a yaoi-bait. not to mention his face doesnt get draw less and less like the previous episodes (if u watch closely , kira's face changes through out the series, its kinda strange)

and dont tell me that cant O/S bullshit, thas just a plot filler that doesnt make any sense, u can make a hugeass walking robot and beat down the square cubed law, and u cant program for shit?

I forgot about the crying part, I just remember the bitching part that got him beat around like a rag doll and him throwing the "fuck this" tantrum and running AWOL HAHA, it's been awhile since I last watched Seed but if what you say is true then all I can say is the animation dept must be on a budget, IT JUST HAPPENS

seriously look around in the real world, Japan and the U.S. are working TOGETHER to make robots, one is engineering and building, the other is programming and coding

1st of all you have to remember Seed is melting pot of all the best aspects of every past Gundam series ever made, 2nd of all Kira was modeled after Amuro and the 1st 1/2 of the series is closely based on the 1st series, make the comparisons, why Zeon/Zaft only has MS, why's a kid piloting the Gundam, the one good plotline regarding the OS is that whereas throughout BOTH series the federation could've just seized the "top secret" MS from them, Kira pretty much customized the suit...

through out the series you see him constantly updating the OS so I won't be surprised if spmeone else can't figure it out, whereas all Amuro ever did was read the instruction manual, Kira cried but Amuro cried way more he cried when people blow themselves up, he cried in the brig, he cried killing Rambu Ral, on and on, and I only saw the movie versions, if you can't accept Seed for what it is then I really don't see how you can call yourself a Gundam fan, you can call it a knock off

you can call it a rip off, but that doesn't mean it sucks, and I'm just plain sick of "old school" people saying that anything except UC is not Gundam, the fact is if you can't learn to go with the flow with evolution and changes then you might as well just stay in your cave and keep rewatching your episodes on VHS, oh and my opinion for diehard UC, Double Zeta..BWAHAHAHA, F91...ZZZZZzzzzzz, and Chars Counter Attack, ending SUCKED but good riddance to Quess

Give me a break, you talk about unlimited energy like its something new, if you look at Freedom, Justice, Providence they're no different from past nucleur powered Gundams, so they got more guns big whoop been there done that

talk about ignorance and people who can't let go of the past, if you haven't noticed in current media they're currently rewriting the UC timeline by deleting the ending of CCA, if Kira died then there'd be no story, same if Amuro was killed at the pub by Ral

if you think about it, the GP02s only redemming feature is the nuke which if you know your Gundam UC history is banned via the Antarctic treaty, so even if they managed to reproduce the suit the armaments will involve alot of red tape.

@dokedokeyarou Oh Im sure the Titans wouldnt care about giving Strategic thermonuclear warhead equipped mobile suits a go when they are willing to do any other atrocity.

Unit 02 is actually superior to unit 1 in most areas because of its heavier armor, boosters, and other things. It made me think of a half federation, half zeon unit, like the Dom.

funny you should mention atrocity, aside from the gassing of a colony in Zeta everything, all the other messed up stuff was done by Zeon, 1st was colony drop during the 1st series that wiped out 1/2 of Australia, 2nd colony drop in 0083, and another in Chars Counterattack

GP02 would be good if it wasn't for the fact that the shield is the cooling unit which is a BIG target, like any air bomber, it was never meant to hang around in a fight, which is why there's the GP02A Type-MLRS

Plus this bunch is a rag tag extremists who are pressed for time and can't afford to examine the suit, also by the end of the series all data regarding the GP0X series were deleted which if you think about it is very convenient otherwise there would be a massive continuity screw up in Zeta regarding technology

@dokedokeyarou Yes, in the epilogue it says that all information was erased on Units 1, 2, and 3. Unit 3 would have trumped alot of MS in Zeta and Double Zeta, being that its freaky strong, with its only real weaknesses being size and cost.

you would really only need 1 since by the time of Zeta, with exception to missles everyone is already using beam weapons so the I-field would really mess them up, and you seem to forget what happend to the last guy that criticized its size
