But don't worry -- when Obamacare (in whatever form) inevitably falls victim to the same skyrocketing prices because it fails to even acknowledge let alone address the same root causes of those increases (namely bureaucracy, tort abuse, and state and federal mandates), the "solution" to the new problem will be yet another step further along the road to the cozy serfdom of the Progressive/fascist nanny state.

These folks were awfully riled up whenever the words "public option" were mentioned during the event. Made me wonder if they really knew anything about what they were cheering and whooping for, or if they've just been brainwashed by Obama's cheerleaders into unwittingly giving up on single-payer, fully-collectivized medicine.

No, they're awake enough to know that single-payer b.s. plans won't work, haven't worked, and can't work. The lies being used to promote Obamacare are ludicrous and dangerous.
The #3 killer in this nation is PRESCRIPTIONS. Does Obamacare do anything about that or will the FDA continue to be able to rubber-stamp everything the pharmas want to send through?

The doctors need more lobbyists, I think the insurance industry lobbyists need to cooperate better with the AMA and AAPS because doctors and the insurance industries have similar goals.
