Thnx for a quick reply. I made the bhaji, but i used the traditional method this time (using the stove top). I will try the microwave method pretty soon. Would you mind showing some tricks for more traditional marathi dishesh such as : Sabudana khichadi, ThaliPeeth, Mataki chi usal, wada pav. Thnx.

Looks very easy..I will try it today. How about using the oven, what should be the temperature for the same?

Using (OTG) oven for cooking, particularly for cooking with steam is not a good idea as it will take long time to cook.Electrical Oven is ideal for baking and Microwave is ideal for cooking. Microwave cooks food from every ware at the same time without distributing heat in container or air in cavity, hence food cooks faster than traditional ways of cooking.
