The band sounds very much like the original. As far as the singer goes, I'm not a fan of women covering men's vocals. They don't have to strain as far to hit the notes, and sound like they deliver it with less enthusiasm.

Wow, I guess I was open to misinterpretation.

Example: Robert Plant used to sing parts that were VERY high when compared to what other men can do. When a woman sings one of Plant's vocal lines, many (not all) can do it with far less strain than it took him, because women largely have a higher vocal range than men (call me sexist, but it's biology - testosterone that drops a man's voice).

I was referring to women covering songs sung by men. There are just as many good female singers out there.
