this takes me back to the hills of west virginia where i was raised and reminds me of the wonderful woman that gave me birth and the wonderful man that instilled in me the things that are good ... thank you soooo much for this awesome video!
these guys actually get better each time I hear 'em Please ask for Jesus today he's been the best friend anyone could ever hope to have. and I don't care who you are He can give His peace to you and make a happy, loving person who knows His great strength magnifys as we get weaker don't cheat yourself
they played in BC? ouch...if only i wasnt wasting my time learning grunge and punk guitar back in the 90s! ive only picked up on bluegrass a year ago when i picked up the mandolin....sigh.
As I recall they played in the Mackenze (northern BC) Blue grass festivals back late 80's early 90's. Then the economy soured and the end of the festivals. Those were the good ole days.
theres a bluegrass festival in Sorrento, BC that is alright...ill be spending a week up there learning mandolin at the workshops. sure wish these guys could be playing there!
Bluegrass gospel doesn't get any better than this. Jim's tenor is almost supernatural. When I get to Heaven, I don't want to hear angels, I want to hear Jim McReynolds...Thank you SO MUCH for posting these priceless videos.

J&J played up in northern BC Canada in the 90's Bluegrass Festivals. You could not find any more dedicated guys who always gave 110%. Greatly missed
