I was there that last night as well. Tears streaming down my face at this point. I saw the show 2 times prior and even saw the original cast.  Because this was the ending on Broadway this was the most emotional time. It was incredibly heart wrenching to see the actors breaking down in the last few songs and incredibly sweet seeing Kyle Dean kissing each of his cast mates.

@JEFFUNIVERSAL They have done this show together for over a year and they are very close. I was there when it happened and the entire audience went "awwww" when they did it. Kyle Dean I know is openly gay not sure about Adam but I think it was very sweet cause you knew they cared for each other a great deal.

I saw the show in summer of '09 when those three were there and they were the sweetest! Adam especially looked like he was having the time of his life!

"Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened" Even though I still cried. The entire cast should be proud of themselves, and so should Tom and Brian for creating only the 8th musical to win the Pulitzer Prize. This will forever go down in history. (Note: I love that David said this was project was the closest to his heart, and that even he produced so many amazing shows he felt this was one of the best)
