School of Hard Knocks was criminally underrated. 10 of the 12 songs had an actual CONCEPT, something you rarely see anymore. And the only songs that didn't (Blow to the Head and Strictly From The Bronx) shine because they'e the only standard battle rap joints on the album and they're well written. Hardhead is still ahead of his time. All that Wildpitch shit from 89-94 is timeless, and they all had BEATS.

its crazy, all the wild pitch records were just re released. so i was ordering all the ones i have been looking for.. gang starr, main source, oc, lord finesse, brokin english klik, chill rob g, the umc's and so on. then it said you might also like hard knocks - school of hard knocks. I had never heard of it, but it was only $12 so i said fuck it a bought it without ever hearin a track from it. then when i listened i could not believe how dope it was, and now its in my top 40 albums of all time
