I don't know about the GLX but my GLI always reads 3 mph faster than the real speed.

@elektro3000 Your tires might be the wrong size. It should be pinpoint accurate.

@emopope OEM Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 225/40/ZR18. Exactly the same with the second set, and with the new Bridgestones. Most Mk4s are off a few MPH.

@elektro3000 idk just did a search and it says 205/55-16, seems pretty far off. I've never noticed any problems with mine, but only tested on it the mph stands that tell you your speed.
@emopope It was a 2004 GLI, OEM is 18x7.5 wheels with 225/40/ZR18 tires.
